excellent stay near the ferry
huge roomfriendly staffsecure parking
the family room was huge and clean, with comfortable beds. the hungry horse restaurant attached to the hotel was a great convenience. the staff were friendly and cute, providing complimentary takeaway coffee for our early departure. i felt secure with cctv in the car park and a 24-hour reception desk.

the attached restaurant had a good selection of meals and drinks available all day. breakfast service was efficient, the staff worked to keep the area tidy. i found the continental breakfast selection to be tasty, it included fresh pastries.

I was happy about the parking. They have lots of space. The location worked well, local places are not far. The pub next door made meals easy to grab at a good price.

The staff were cute. They checked me in quickly. The parking was ample. I found a spot easily. The room was large.
The room was a bit outdated. It needs a refresh. Some marks looked on the carpet. The bathroom looked tired and old.
